When planning your event which requires the use of school facilities, you must manually complete an Application for Permit to Use School Recreation Facilities and submit to the PTA president for district processing, as least 45 days in advance of the event. Include a PTA Request for Electrical Services should you have additional electrical requirements beyond what is available on campus. If applicable, the electrical request must be submitted with the permit application. Please assess your needs carefully, as changes may be made but are not guaranteed. The chairperson will receive a copy of the submission and permit when available.
The start time for the event permit must not start before 4:00 p.m. The district does not receive a donation from the event proceeds and the cafeteria kitchen may not be used.
Please prepare your placement plan and coordinate the arrival and placement of any electrical equipment with the Lead Custodian.
Once an invoice is available for the electrical needs, the president will give it to the chairperson who must prepare a check request for normal processing.
